Founded in 1887, the Benton Club has over 150 members that value the fine dining and meeting accommodations available at the historic location at the corner of Seventh and Faraon streets. Comprised of downtown business professionals, the Club is a favorite destination for local entrepreneurs, attorneys, senators, representatives and trade association directors.
Membership in the Benton Club is by invitation only, requiring a recommendation from a minimum of three current members. The Board of Directors is guided by Dr. Michael DePriest, President, and the Club is run by Jamie Blizzard, General Manager who oversees daily operations.
Known for its legendary hospitality, The Benton Club is open for Lunch, Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m, and for Fine Dining on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Private Dining Rooms are available for business or social gatherings. The Club’s Stables Ballroom offers a beautiful setting for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, reunions, and wedding receptions.
